Students must be at least 8 years old to enroll.

Students older than 15 are not eligible to enroll, but may be eligible to participate as “Assistants”.

 

Applications open for a two-week period in late June/early July for classes starting in October.  If you want to be notified when the application period begins, please provide your information here.

Upon successful enrollment, a fee of $75/child is due.  Financial assistance may be available.

Parents’ Orientation is in September.

Classes run from mid-October to mid-March. (The current year’s schedule can be found here [link].)

Parents’ Day is the last class, in mid-March.

Students are expected to attend at least 70% of the classes and present at Parents’ Day.

 

Assistants are students who previously participated in AIS as students but are 15 years old or older.  They act as volunteers (and are eligible for SSL hours) assisting in classes at a particular site.  Those interested in this program should provide their information here [link].
